Charity Uzzell

 I am originally from Terre Haute, IN where I graduated from Indiana State University in 2010 and 2012 where I earned Bachelor degree of science degrees in Psychology and Criminology and Criminal Justice. Then in 2014 I earned a master’s degree in higher education from Kaplan University.  I have been working in the field of social work/human services since 2007 and love it. I am committed to advocating for my clients and educating them on different topics such as parenting skills and re-entry into society.

I have committed my career life to the service of Child welfare.  I believe that with assistance we can re-shape families to being healthy and nurturing individuals.  These changes can be the motivation that provide new innovations in all aspects of our life cycles.  Together we can form a better and brighter future for generations to come. 

Zoraida Kincaid; MSW, LSW
Zoraida earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Previously, Zoraida worked as a certified Project Manager in a healthcare setting. She is passionate about the health and well-being of her clients which she demonstrates by utilizing community resources to improve their outcomes. She currently executes tasks in case management, supervised visitations and tutoring.

Aleksandra Pesalj

Aleksandra was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia but moved to the USA in 1997. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from University of Indianapolis. Aleksandra has been working with abused and neglected children through various roles since 2009. Currently, she provides supervised visitation, case management services, and parent education. Aside from it, Aleksandra runs a non-profit organization granting wishes to the children in the system and has received many rewards for her philanthropic work. Aleksandra is passionate about her work, especially about helping older youth.

Michael Johnson; M.A, B.S,

Michael Johnson has a Masters and Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and over 20 years working with youth and adults in treatment
centers, classroom environments, correctional facilities, and inside the home. He is well versed in skills training, school based mentoring,
enhancing family resilience, and youth development. Michael has been providing services to families and children in the Child Welfare System for nine years and has positively impacted over 100 families. Michael enjoys encouraging others and helping families create a healthy and safe environment for the optimal development of children. His passion is helping young adults improve academic performance, reduce criminal behaviors, and cultivate a sense of purpose.
